New Idle Pig BBQ

Introducing Idle Pig BBQ, a pop-up BBQ take-away with a focus on local, free range ingredients, cooked simply over wood and charcoal. They operate in as sustainable manner as possible, from growing their own salads to using British FSC certified charcoal.

Locally sourced food and drink including Packington Pork, buns from Hunnypot Cottage, Fifth Spire Gin, Quartz Beer and refreshments from The Lichfield Tea Company.

Also available, Linda McCartney Sausages for non-meat eaters.
